The mentoring program is a goal directed forum designed to foster ideas on how to establish and grow an independent consulting practice. The program:

• Provides mentoring/coaching forums for consultants in the early stage of launching their practice.
• Groups are formed with a mentor and three protégés.
• Meetings are on a regular but infrequent basis assisting in developing practice offering, marketing strategy, and goal setting in a variety of areas. Groups meet for 12 months then typically disband.
• Thought provoking conversation rather than just cookbook approach.

Program fee is $79 for IMC members and $150 for non-member affiliates.
