Whether you are new to consulting or have several years behind you, an IMC mentor can be a catalyst to help you take your practice to the next level.

Value Provided to You

• Opportunity to meet with a mentor on regular basis - every 6 weeks over 9 months
• Guidance on getting the consulting practice going - Learn the key concepts
• Course materials - Getting Started in Consulting, skills assessment
• You will be in a group of 3-4 people with others at a similar stage in forming a practice
• Build the network - peer group, skilled consultants, and more…

Who qualifies for the Program - Most any new consultant that is dedicated to taking their performance to a higher level.

• Minimum six months in the profession or other demonstrated commitment to profession
• Some level of organization - Practice Overview, Goals, Marketing Materials, etc.
• Case studies - assignment summaries
• Client/Outside referral confirming credibility

What you will do

• Rotate responsibilities of setting meeting times, locations, and meeting agenda
• Understand why you want a mentor, actively driving the relationship
• Set goals for the program based upon your career goals
• Utilize the forum to receive feedback and advice openly

• Complete and submit an application, IMC members $79, non-members $150
